The St. Cloud Heritage Museum is operated by volunteers of the St. Cloud Woman's Club. Open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 11:00AM to 3:00PM and Last Wednesday of the month during Monthly Market 5:00PM - 7:00PM. Donations Accepted.
St. Cloud is a city in northern Osceola County, Florida, United States. It is on the southern shore of East Lake Tohopekaliga in Central Florida, about 26 miles southeast of Orlando. The population was 35,183 in the 2010 census, and 54,579 in the 2019 census estimate. Wikipedia
But long before the city attracted sightseers, it was a booming sugar exporter and a haven for retired Civil War veterans. The town, named for a Paris suburb, was incorporated in 1911 as a "soldier's colony" and was touted for its "health, climate, and productiveness of the soil."
